At the end of June and the beginning of July 2020, Van Tay’s Account Executives have completed an in-house training course with the topic of “Consulting Digital Ads packages”. Under the guidance of Ms. Quinn Nguyen, who has 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, the course attracted 6 students excited to participate.
The course took place from 06:30 pm to 08:30 pm every Wednesday, Thursday, and focused on improving professional knowledge, sharing experiences to fulfill the customer care process, and building a new service package to serve the needs of customers. Detailed contents include:
- Update knowledge about Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Get to know insights of popular customer groups thoroughly
- Share tips for consulting appropriate digital channels and suggestions for making quotations
- Guide to report using Google Data Studio
- Consolidate the evaluation of reports from actual data
Applying Google Data Studio to reporting will save time and provide an overview of digital ads campaigns’ implementation process
“Case study” was the most concerning part of the whole course. Based on the situations that one has encountered, the participants contributed their opinions, then the instructor helped them come up with a suitable solution for each case.
After the course, Van Tay’s Account Executives are updated with the latest knowledge about Google Ads and Facebook Ads as well as how to do a report using Google Data Studio and apply it during the consultation. In addition, understanding insights and indicators in a report thoroughly help the participants gain their confidence when consulting appropriate solutions for each customer.
The scene of the lesson
Although the course only lasts 4 sessions with a total of 8 hours, everybody experienced the whole gamut of emotions together: nervous with an essay at the beginning of the course; eagerly awaiting for solutions of case studies; stressful while taking the final exam and having fun interacting with each other during the learning process. Regarding the results of the final exam, Ms. Cam Luong has excelled at the top and became a good example for others to follow.
ERA Content Marketing will be the second team to organize a course for Van Tay’s in-house training series. The course takes place every Saturday and Sunday morning in July 2020 with 4 sessions in total. Instructors of this course include Mr. Toan – Van Tay’s Founder and Ms. Kieu Hai Yen – ERA Content Marketing’s Founder. This course will focus on team-leadership skills, self-leadership skills, consolidating and updating content marketing knowledge. The main objective of the course is to develop one’s leadership skills, improve the ability to create content, and help participants understand the promotion process in Van Tay.
