Oh, you’re busy? Sound weird, I think I am the only one.
No matter where you are living in the world, there is at least one thing that you and I have in common: We all want to improve our lives. Therefore, every day when getting up, people will have their own job, striving for a common goal: transforming and improving life.
You want a better life but still stay unchanged?
If success is measured on a scale of 1 to 10, it’s just a safe zone and everyone will want to live every aspect of their lives at a Level 10,2.
Here’s the main point, maybe: To create the Level 10 life that you want, you must first dedicate time each day to becoming a Level 10 person who is capable of creating and sustaining that level of success.
But there are a few people having enough time. Luckily, there is a method (called SAVERS) to do it in as little as six minutes a day.
How do you transform your life in 6 minutes a day? Let imagine if the first six minutes of every morning begins like this:
#1 Minute 1: S is for Silence
Instead of hitting the snooze button, and then rushing through your day feeling stressed and overwhelmed, invest your first minute in sitting in purposeful silence. Sit quietly, calmly and peacefully and breathe deeply. Maybe you feel like meditation. Focus on yourself and create an optimum state of mind that will lead you effectively through the rest of your day.
When you sit in silence, you make your mind more focused, relax your body and allow your stress to get away. You develop a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and direction.
#2 Minute 2: A is for Affirmations
Considering the day’s tasks and fierce confidence in your abilities will help your day full of energy!
Confirming and asserting today’s tasks will lead to tomorrow! Reminding yourself of your own unlimited potential, your most important goals and actions must practice in today to achieve them. Reading through the day’s tasks has the potential to motivate you. Looking through the actions that you have to do is to focus the energy to bring your life to the next level.
#3 Minute 3: V is for Visualization
Close your eyes and visualize your feelings when you reach your goals. Seeing the ideal vision increases the belief that your desires can come true.
#4 Minute 4: E is for Exercise
Stand up and move your body for 60 seconds, it’s long enough to increase the flow of blood and oxygen to your brain. You can easily do a few moves in a minute like jumping, stretching, or standing up. With these gestures, you increase your heart rate, create energy and increase alertness and concentration.
#5 Minute 5: R is for Reading
Read a few new pages, you will have more knowledge through each day, in addition, you can have more ideas from the information in the book.
Take the books you are reading and read one or two pages. Learn a new idea, something that can be incorporated into your day, which will improve the results at work or in your relationships. Discover new things that can be used to think better, feel better and live better.
#6 Minute 6: S is for Scribing
Take the diary and write down something you’re grateful for, something you’re proud of and rank one to three results you’re committed to creating that day. By doing so, you create the clarity and motivation that you need to take action.
